Hey guys, so I'm buying one of these setups sunday. But idk which one. Which one of these setups is basically "best" for the price and performance. I'm looking for cheap bass basically, amp/sub for less than 100$.

1) This setup I dont have a link to. It's a power acoustics 2 channel amp, 12 inch sony xplod in a ported box for 95$.

id say option 3

X2. I mean. I'd look a little more or save a little more and see if u can get more name brand equipment. Don't go cheap cause that's what you get

take baby steps, u cant do it all at once unless u have a roll of 100's big enough to choke a donkey

1998 Chevy Venture "Swagger Wagon"

Kenwood Excelon KDC-X994 Headunit

3 15" Alpine Type R's in seperate T-Lines

1 RF T1500-1bd for 2 of the 15s

1 RF P1000-1bd for the single 15

3 sets of Hifonics Zeus ZXi6.5C Components( 1 more set to come for Front stage)

1 Hifonics HFi100.4 4-channel amp

Stock alt for now (DC HO SPL 400A when funds come in,currently working on buying this)

Stock battery and one Optima Redtop for now (looking at XS batteries)

3 15" Alpine Type R's (aka Swagger Wagon Build 1.0)

Well this is the max i can spend... or allowed to spend. Long story.

But I'll save for a way better setup for my next car. For now this has to work.

So I'll shoot for option 3. I'll call him tomorrow. Just in case, what would your 2nd choice be? The sony?

its all shit tbh, but hey man you gotta start somewhere, see if you can get him down a bit maybe 10-30$ start spewing a bunch of shit out your mouth that he wont understand lmao, but my 2nd choice would have to be the sony

Legal TL scores145.6 on the dash sealed up in the low 40hz area with the port out145.5 on the dash sealed up @30hz with the port inless then 1k clamped on a 3.5k!

Why would you EVER WANT flex?
huh?...flex is what can make the lows lower and more air being pushed correct?

okay guys. So Imma get the 3rd option on sunday. I called the guy, only thing wrong with the amp is that apparently the bass boost knob broke off at the max setting so its kinda stuck there lol.

Can I counter this by the way I tune it and keeping the settings low from my head unit?

Also, he said it's was one of the first 2 ohm stable amps or something. And the sub is a 4ohm 12 inch. He mentioned it would prob. run fine if I dont bridge it and just run it off one channel. What do you guys think?

Whats the best way to wire this up?

Here is info on the amp btw: http://www.interfireaudio.com/amplifiers/IFH_series.html
