I have always loved the look of an aeroport and they seem to get really loud but do they work well for daily driving or on music? or are they only good for tone burst?

It's just another variation of "porting/venting you enclosure. Other than the fact that it is much easier to play around with tuning as you can readjust the length over and over again, where as a wooden port, you build it, and it's done. Many spl boxes use aero ports, many daily boxes use vented. It's all personal preference in my opinion...

i tuned my box to 35hz with 2 4" aeros and eh im going back to vented. it sounds LOUD at 35hz but anything below like 32 or higher then like 39 doesnt sound good at all. they have peaky frequencys imo and everyone tells me its not good to bump with my trunk open because the aeros need the trunk to load off of. eh its all in your opinon. if i ever used aeros again it would just be for a burp car.

Steve I don't know why but everytime I see your new paint I want a Dr. Pepper...... is this normal?

heres an analogy for you. running a high power stereo without a fuse is like having unprotected sex with that hot chick at the bar with the sketchy sexual history. Sure you may be fine and nothing happens but that one time something does happen you're fucked.

i dont want woofer broke like bass sound clip clip and voice coil overheat

i'd blame the box before the aeros
