BanginOnABudget
i was just wondering if SMD was a registered trademark, because i learned that HiVi has Symetric Motor Drive (SMD) pattented and registered, so i just wanted to make sure that this was ok, and that steve isnt liable to get sued or anything for using the SMD trademark. what do you guys think? is he fine, or is this something to worry about??? edit: so fitting that this is my 911th post. From what I understand about trademarks it has to be close enough for people to make the connection between the two things. But I'm not a lawyer, so I really don't know. But if I had to guess, I'd think the site would be fine. Quote Anti Peel and Seal...lol You may be offended by the above. There's the National Aeronautics and Space Administration we all know of, but there's also the National Auto Sport Association, a racing sanctioning body. No issues there.
