i feel ya bro ive done that too, by the time your up days almost over you did basically nothing, kinda like a depression of some sort, ya stay up dont sleep and youll be knocked out by like 10 or 11 and the next day itll all be normal, maybe lol

i hated that i worked 3rd shift midnight to 8:30am. got home fell asleep like around 10 and would say to my self ill wake up around 3-4 in the afternoon, but i would always sleep til 9-10 at night. BS not worth the extra $1hr for working nights

Good luck dear, everytime I think im gonna get back on schedule its 8 am before I know it. I have never had this bad of a cycle before. I take my meds to make me sleep but they aint working like they supposed to. But if I stay up till I drop I sleep only 4-5hr and im right back up again then its another 24-30 hrs before I sleep again.

I found the best way for me was try and stay up a little longer, until about 12-1pm, then take a nap until about 4-5pm that way you're still kind of tired but have enough energy to carry on through the day, and try to get to sleep at about 12am and set an alarm for 8-9am. Should help get you on track, and drink coffee/energy drinks if you need too.

I always wait until i feel a little tired then I go and hang out with my friends or go over to my parents house. Keeping yourself active and having people to do stuff with helps alot if you want to just try to stay up until a normal time.

Or try going for a jog or working out around 10pm or so, if you have a good workout you should have no problem falling asleep.

Otherwise I would fall asleep and have an alarm wake me a few hours later for a few more hours of energy to stay up til about midnight, but I don't like doing it that way cuz I don't like waking up on little sleep.
