Ok, this is what I'm planning to build

My question is, how come it doesn't give me cut outs for the port? I mean, top & bottom are the same. How come the front and back are the same also? Do I use 34" port length OR go with Physical port length? Anyways, this is what I came up with.

Port length = 34" - 1.5" (front & back mdf width) = 32.5" - 4.25" (port width) = 28.25 port length

so... 14.25(port 1) + 14(port 2) = 28.25" OR do I need to add another .75" to (port 2)to make it 29 like how it says in the calculator?

not gonna 45 the angles, steel rod, double baffle, or glass it? Other than that it looks great!

whoops you got a metric check box there that shouldn't be there :D:lol: haha

i could possibly do cut sheets for ports that bend with 3 common walls, but anything else gets too intricate to put in the tiny text box. i posted that on my thread just before you posted, so you probably already read it, but i'm going to repeat myself just in case lol.

the box looks good. i'd brace wherever you could tho. dowels or threaded rod should suffice.
