The date for delivery was 7/15/10 but i was tracking it from the date it was ship. All the log chart showed how the amp was being scan in and out of Fed Ex warehouses. It showed when the amp arrived at the Fed Ex location in Phoenix A.Z. But the next day the Delivery date change from the 15 to the 16. I called to make sure It was going to be in by Saturday. I was informed that the box was damage. I ask to still have it ship like that to me. I was transferred to the manager on call. I was told that there security team needed to inspect the package. That they will get back to me in 24 or 48 hours. I was also told that the amp was only insured for 1,500.00 but they had mention to me that the true MSRP was in the 2,300.00 range. Keep in mind that they are all sold out. Can you guy's help out on the best way to help speed thing's up.
