The average I've seen for an s13 drift car around here was 300-350 bhp. As far as dropping an ls1 or an ls3 in there goes, I do not think you should mix import with domestic at all. This kinda reminds me of an Idea I've had for a while, you never see any drift pickup trucks, so I wanted to drift fit a mazda b-series pickup and drop a 13B-TT and 5 speed trans from an RX-7, not sure how that would turn out though, lol.
