RAM_Designs
It's actually rather easy. Do it once and it'll be a piece of cake after that. STEvil
To make the end piece you lay the port on the pre-cut ring and screw it into place. Drop a router bit through a pre-drilled hole in the ring with a guide-bearing on the end of the router bit and just go around on the inside of the port. Sand it a bit after that to get rid of burn marks and you're done. Short and skinny version anyways. Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed. ktraughb
I understand what you guys are saying. It just sounds so much easier than when I picture trying it. Lol. Daves ports seem to have a big flare, I just don't see howwhat he does it with only wood. Pretty intense.
STEvil
you can flare it with a router bit (his doesnt have much of a flare). Just be careful about where you put the screws. Or just take them out when you're routering.
