EricR Posted August 5, 2010 Report Posted August 5, 2010 What will happen if i use too much port area on a given box but tune it in low ie 34 hz From what I've seen and read about, a box with a large port will get louder but will be more peaky i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?
