techforce
Velleman HPS10. I liked it, only took about 5 or 10 minutes to set all the gains and see where I was clipping. Very handy. Actually found out were going the 20th and 21st. I think that's Fri and Sat. If you can wait that long I will definitely bring it. If you don't need it then, I think I'll come for the hell of it, if that's alright. Also got pulled over twice in a week for decals "blocking my vision". Just a fix it ticket, though. Had to take them off. Might have to buy a few more. Where did u have the decals???? Also, the 20 and 21st is cool... probably wont have an oscope by then.... so bring it! theanimal
I use a TPI Scope 440 and love it. Its nice and compact and it does everything I need it too. Pretty tough also.
ChampN252
If it was like my old knock-off ipod, I guarantee it works great, but it might not last long. Actually my brother broke it and never came clean, so I don't know what happened to it. It would probably last years if you don't drop it or throw it around. The Chinese are crafty with their knock-offs. Quote 2012 Honda Accord Radio: Pioneer AVH-4200NEX
CJ18
I know you said you dont have much of a budget for one but the TPI 440 is simple and works great. It is worth spending a little extra to get and you get 2 tools in 1 a DMM and a Scope.
kingsuv
I have the TPI 460 and I agree, spending a little more to have an accurate scope and DMM is worth the money Quote Designing, building, and shipping boxes. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.
Boon
You're going to hook it up to the output of the amp, right? You think it can take that kind of amperage? The resistance of a scope is like, a million billion ohms. Hence the amperage through the scope itself is pretty damn close to nothing at all. EDIT: Well actually they're usually 1 megohm. Which is quite a lot more than your sub Edited October 9, 2010 by Boon Quote 10.x volts fo' life!
