Tell me your secret... well my cars arent brand new actually 3 are 90's and i have a 63 but ya. i always want something better., either i get a good deal on something or i buy and sell stuff til i get what i want. i got credit card bills, cause when i got my hosue i needed a washer dryer and a tv. got a little nicer furniture. but i try not to spend beyond my means. i dont drive a brand new vehicle and i dont have best of the best shit. i settle for descent. that and my girl helps out with some of the bills too. living in california is expensive. i think together we make almost $4k per month take home so were not doing bad. Share the secret there "guy"... why thank you, i think im pretty much set on course to be there. but i was being funny, and not sure if you were being sarcastic as well guy. didnt feel like calling you boilermaker, or "bro" or "dude". felt guy was a pretty normal and unoffensive response. point being credit is the best way to survive in the world today and that does require an actual effort. ill admit i thought i was cool, first credit card i was ever given was a 7500 bank of america card which i maxed out in a matter of weeks. got a second one for 5...maxed that out in 2 weeks. took awhile to dig myself out but now both limits are pretty insane and my credit is good enough i can get almost anything i need. if i dont have the funds, VISA. if i dont have enough, HELOC, and i dont want to pay that interest and its something collaterable then yes...a loan. you dont need to be a millionaire but i think being smart with finances and credit can make MIRACLES happen.
