Thats 2x more then my parents mortgage payment.

kingcabon20s Posted August 22, 2010 Report Posted August 22, 2010 You can get a newer 8 bedroom house in my area for about 250,000 my wifes grandparents own the biggest lot in their sub devel. in cali an when the market was good it was worth over a mil. its now at the 5-600,000 mark. Take for instance the house next door to us just needs a new roof and is going for 55,000(foreclosure) but if we wanted to buy ours were looking at about 200,000$.. ouch house looks good tho. My seller feedback.
