Guest grim83 Posted August 25, 2010 Report Posted August 25, 2010 AA and DD is not popular here in the UK, wasnt sure of their performance even at entry level i mean the "entry level" lines for brands like these arent what youd expect when compared to something like a kicker, i mean the assasin uses a double stack and its the entry level lol. so regardless of whether you get a dd or an assasin ur still buying a quality sub that will trash the idiot with the kicker comps sittin next to you lol.

Anything below the SE line from RE isn't worth the money... Boon Posted August 26, 2010 Report Posted August 26, 2010 For an 'entry level' sub the 1500 series is beefy as hell. Probably take 1kwrms if you're careful. We did 2x1508 on 600wrms in a little hatch and it was pulling 142+. Impressive subs. 10.x volts fo' life!

I always thought being 1k rms there would be a big difference..Being in the UK with all the mainstream its hard to find subs like DD, Sundown, RE, etc unless you order online and they really are overpriced compared to what you can get them for in the US Dont forget the shippingcoasts, to UK, have a look on DC Subs, European distributor is 50 mls near London. I did but he hasnt got back to me yet, i have a feeling shipping to the UK will be almost as much as the sub, just waiting for a reply. The only place in the UK where you can buy DC subs at the moment is a place in milton keynes and they sell a level 3 for around 250 pounds which is about 500 dollars?
