EricR
At the battery in the trunk i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work? EclipseChris
Anywhere except the pos terminal. As long as it gets to the neg terminal somehow cleanly and easily its fine. Little things like this arn't worth fighting over. i resolve to be a nicer moderator. Tercel build R.I.P. Eclipse build Old New V-Dub My feedback. michigancapri92
well since grounding to batter would make the ground little to long they are going to be grounded to the cap which is grounded to battery. skittlesRgood
no such thing as a ground being too long. If I answered you in a well mannered, informative way, you asked a good question or had a good attitude. If I was an asshole, you asked a stupid question or you had a fucktard attitude... or I was in a bad mood. k3n12ock
Negative run from the front to the rear then ground to somewhere like the strut bolt. well since grounding to batter would make the ground little to long they are going to be grounded to the cap which is grounded to battery. Grounding to any kind of batter isn't good. Especially cake batter. 05 xB - (2) EVIL 18s - (2) BC3500s - NO WALL Channel 1: http://www.youtube.com/k3n12ock Channel 2: http://www.youtube.com/MrK3n12ock2
Mosin
IMO Front to rear run of negative is a waste of cable. I just ground to the same spot. Of course make sure that ground is sanded clean of any paint/primer and has a resistance return of 00.5 ohms or lower. Derp.
