I know the audison is a 5 channel amp, and would need 6 channels for the 3 ways to work unless you have the mids on the 5th channel, or have a second amp for the mids themselves. Reason why I ask is 'cause I've been looking at that amp and don't know how I would wire it up. Thanks. Edit: unless you are using the crossovers that came with the 163's. formerly known as Blue86f150 its a 4th order just because its tuned in the 40z doesnt mean it wont reach down and jiggle your balls at sub 30 hz frequencies. Robert8252 Posted February 19, 2012 Author Report Share Posted February 19, 2012 Currently at 500 and 5k. The mid is scaring me though. Have it set to 24db but the damn 3" moves ALOT. Had it set at 400 but turned it up a little. Used tones to hear for clipping for now until I get the dd one and set a lot lower then when I heard distortion in the tones. How do you normally install mid ranges?
