If this is for your wall I suggest you do the nut and bolt terminals like flashlight said. That way you can switch up impedences without taking the subs out and you can use 8ga with no problem

I like the wiring from the outside idea, but I am fucking retarded when it comes to speaker wiring, series, parallel, ohm load. Just can't grasp ohm's law. Maybe someone could show me how to wire up to the bolts, then from the bolts to the subs. 3 dual 1.4s xl's. Looking to get close to 1 ohm as possible.

i always like the terminals on my solo-x's. you could screw the push terminal off, put whatever size wire in a ring terminal, then use the push terminal as a nut to hold it on.
