Twistedchild420 Posted September 19, 2010 Author Report Posted September 19, 2010 Alright...unfortunately we didn't get to deaden the roof(lord knows it needs it now!) But that thing sounds AMAZING! We started with both amps strapped @ .5 each but for some reason they didn't like that...lol...so we just got 1 2000D @ 1ohm right now. For some reason even with the gains set properly the thing gets a little stinky after about 10 minutes of continuous lows. Maybe it still needs to break in....but shit...i have never head lows quite like what this thing produces! It's like a unicorn humping a dolphin in a sea of gold! lol Anyway here's some pics! Next to a Nightshade 18" We did a lil temp set-up in the back.... EricR Posted September 19, 2010 Report Posted September 19, 2010 I had a pair of saz1500's on mine when I had it and it got stinky alot but never got hot, as long as the cone aint hot your good to go. i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?
