The SAE1200d will do the most power of any of those. It's more like a 1500+ watt amp. I'd get the SAE1200d over the 1000d (I actually had a 1200d v1). The SAX1200D won't do as much power but is a better quality amp (Korean made vs. Chinese) and can be strapped if you get another in the future. It's also on sale for $300 shipped right now.

The AQ will do rated and is a good amp for the money.

I'd get one of the Sundowns or the AQ all day before a Hifonics or Crunch.

You can get a refurb SAE1200D v2 for 250

Also I think Crescendo has a 1200 or 1500 watt amp coming out soon and if they stay in line with their current pricing it should be a good value. I think their new amps are going to be made at the same build house as AQ amps.

It's no box and B-stock. If it were me I'd pay the 10 bucks to have the box and better cosmetic condition. But that's just me.

I actually just sold my sae1200d for $200 + shipping a month or so ago.

i always hear people say that they clamped their amps and got x amount of watts out of it, without stating starting ohms or rise. therefore your comments are invalid

i love this sh--t man 1966 Ford Fairlane Pioneer prs 80, the big three, with 2 big azz agm batts, dual 270/200 amp alts , two 8'' mids and tweets in the kick( PPI phantom 600.2). two 10''s and tweets in the doors, two 10'' mids and tweets in the rear decK ( Lanar opti 500x2). 2 C2 Audio Threatcon 4 12s on a Crunch GP3000d. No crossover .

Whose comments? I don't think anyone here gave personal clamp results.

I can't believe you're even tryin to compare the 2, sundown all the way, ,even Sundown is way under priced for what you're gonna get outta the amp I paid $750 for a jl 1000/1v2 n then bout a sundown 3500d for not much more, if u have the loot def go with Sundown u won't b disappointed

lol not true, they are nice but way over priced, sundown over crunch though
