My question is with powering 2 of the 1500D's. Will a 180 anp alternator be enough? bman8891 Posted October 3, 2010 Report Share Posted October 3, 2010 I'm running 2 saz3500's at .5ohm off a 170amp alt. and 3 batteries and as long as I hold the rpms at 2k i'm fine. Your under hood battery will hate you. A single extra battery withing 5 feet (wire length) of the amps would help you out.
