There's 2 more tanks in the house I look after too, but my dad keeps em stocked the way he wants and decorates how he wants. This is my personal tank. And yeah the sands for cichlids. My ph is 7.8 which would prob kill any other fish in a day or so, besides cats, loaches, or sucker fish. 2006 Nissan Z Track. The bigger it is the easier it is. and more expensive. tank looks a little more populated now. that was right after we moved the 55 into it.
