Looks amazing, best luck. I liked the 1st video over the 2nd, except that it didn't show off those amps. If you could incorporate that into your video somehow, while still getting that flex I think it would do your work the most justice.

HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST: The Memphis Car Audio Online Video Contest (herein “Contest”) begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 8/1/07 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 9/30/07. You may enter the Contest, by going to www.PopYourTrunk.com (the “Website”) no later than 9/30/07 and following the on-screen instructions. Participation in the Contest is subject to, and all entrants must comply with, all policies, terms and conditions imposed by Memphis Car Audio, including those set forth in these Official Rules and in the Terms of Use posted as a part of the Sponsor’s Website and to which you agreed when you registered. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and the Terms of Use, these Official Rules will control. All registration information must be completed in full. Once you have registered, follow the on-screen instructions for uploading the video that you have created. If the video you have submitted (“Your Video”) complies with these Official Rules, and with the policies, terms, and conditions imposed by the Sponsor, Your Video will be posted and may be viewed by anyone visiting www.PopYourTrunk.com. Your Video must feature one or more of the Sponsors’ products. You must record Your Video in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications set forth in these Rules. Your Video must be no more than sixty (60) seconds in length, with audio (if any) in English, and must be in .avi, .mov, or .mpg format. You may use any Memphis Car Audio product images or brand logos in Your Video; however, the inclusion of such images/logos will not, alone, cause an entry to be judged more favorably. (See judging criteria below.) Entries must be suitable for publication/broadcast at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. ANY VIDEO WHICH, IN THE OPINION OF THE JUDGES OR THE SPONSOR, CONTAINS DANGEROUS, OBSCENE, INDECENT, VIOLENT, SEXUALLY EXPLICIT, DISCRIMINATORY OR OTHER MORALLY OR LEGALLY OBJECTIONABLE DEPICTIONS OR MATERIAL, WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. YOU MUST USE CAUTION AND COMMON SENSE IN CREATING YOUR VIDEO. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, ENTRANTS (OR THEIR PARENTS OR LEGAL GUARDIANS IF ENTRANTS ARE 18 BUT DEEMED MINORS IN THEIR STATES OF RESIDENCE) ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT NEITHER THE SPONSOR, ITS PARENT, AFFILIATED OR SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION AND JUDGING AGENCIES, NOR THEIR RESPECTIVE SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENCIES WILL HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BODILY INJURY OR DEATH, CAUSED BY OR IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST. Completed entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM ET on 9/30/07. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries must be submitted by an individual, eligible entrant only; no group entries allowed. Your Video may include more than one person, but the account holder of the Memphis Car Audio account from which the video was entered will be considered to be both the owner of the video and the contest entrant. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned.

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who were 18 years of age or older as of 8/1/07. Employees of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, advertising, promotion, and judging agencies, and all other service agencies involved with design, execution or fulfillment of this Contest, and members of the immediate families (defined for these purposes as parents, children, siblings, and spouse) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate. By entering the Contest, you represent and warrant to the Sponsor that (a) you and all other persons appearing in Your Video were 18 years of age or older as of 8/1/07, ( that all persons appearing in Your Video have given their consent to appear in Your Video without benefit, compensation, or consideration from the Sponsor, and © that you are authorized to participate in the Contest and are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded. To the extent that the foregoing representations and warranties are false, you agree to defend and indemnify, and to hold harmless, the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liabilities, claims and costs which may arise as a result of such false representations and warranties.

JUDGING: Through 10/15/07, website visitors will be able to rate the videos posted at www.PopYourTrunk.com, with the five highest rated videos becoming finalists. A qualified panel of judges will select prize winners from among the finalists based on three criteria: 1.) Viewership 2.) Creativity; and 3.) Incorporation of Memphis Car Audio products. Prize Winners will be determined on or about 10/31/07. The decisions of the judges and the Sponsor will be final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest. In the event of a tie, the entries involved in the tie will be re-judged by an additional qualified judge who will serve as a tiebreaker.

PRIZES: The Grand Prize is either a $3,000.00 VISA gift card or $3,000.00 retail value of Memphis Car Audio products. The Second Prize is either a $500.00 VISA gift card or $500.00 retail value of Memphis Car Audio products. The Third Prize is either a $300.00 VISA gift card or $300.00 retail value of Memphis Car Audio products. Prizes are not transferable. No cash redemptions or other prize substitutions will be permitted, except at the discretion of the Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. All prizes will be awarded, provided they are properly claimed in accordance with these Official Rules and a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. Limit one prize per household. The Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any or all videos submitted.

ENTRY BONUS: Each entrant who submits a valid contest entry (subject to verification) and completes the entry process as described in these Official Rules will receive one (1) Memphis Car Audio T-shirt (XL only), while supplies last. Upon entry of Your Video, and verification of eligibility, you will receive an email with instruction about how to obtain your T-shirt.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: All prize winners will be notified by email. Winners must execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and a publicity release within ten (10) days of receipt of notification or their prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected based on the criteria stated above. If prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, or their prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected based on the criteria stated above.

By entering this Contest, all entrants agree that neither Sponsor, its parent, affiliated or subsidiary companies, advertising, promotion and judging agencies, nor their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees or agencies will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or in connection with any prize or resulting from participation in this Contest or from acceptance, possession or use of any prize or participation in any prize-related activity or use by Sponsor of the entry in any manner. Submission of any entry further constitutes the entrant’s assignment and transfer to the Sponsor of any and all rights, title, and interest in and to the entry, including, without limitation, all intellectual property rights. Winners are solely responsible for any local, state, or federal income taxes on prizes. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. You affirm, represent, and/or warrant that: (i) you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize both us and our Service Provider to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all aspects of Your Video in the manner contemplated by the Contest and these Official Rules; and (ii) you have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in Your Video to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of such name or likeness in Your Video and as contemplated by the Contest and these Official Rules. Your Video may not have won previous awards; and must not infringe upon any other person’s intellectual property or other rights. The right to submit or use an entry must not be restricted in any way. Using, modifying, enhancing or altering a third party’s preexisting work does not qualify as an original creation and will be disqualified from the Contest. By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights, and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with this Contest, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Sponsor reserves the right to take such action as it deems necessary to enforce these Official Rules and ensure the fair operation of the Contest, including without limitation barring entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state, and local courts located in Tennessee.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the corresponding entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the Memphis Car Audio account from which the entry was submitted. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, or miscommunications, or failed computer, network, telephone, satellite, or cable hardware, software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information.

Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of Website. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds may be tampering with the entry process or operation of this Contest or Website, or may be acting in violation of the terms of the Website, or may be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to threaten, abuse, or harass any other person.
