paul Posted November 4, 2007 Report Posted November 4, 2007 Time to relax bro. I'm sure you need it after workin' on the air bags. It's Miller Time. You know, this could probably be a good time to relax and maybe think about which head unit to put in. Pioneer or Alpine. Quote
Braingetter Posted November 4, 2007 Report Posted November 4, 2007 that sucks when people dont think outside the box, like those bags were gonna last forever????? I feel ya bro, I hate the amount of time spent when if done differently it could have been alot easier.. You wrapped it up when you said u rather would change the tranny, I changed mine in my truck laying on my back for 3-4 hours and it sucked ass, but it was easy...... Take it easy , you got alot of work ahead of ya ... p.s., I text ya yesterday like you told me to, hopefully you will touchdown FTW!!!!!!!! KWP369 Posted November 5, 2007 Report Posted November 5, 2007 reminds me when i did change my tranny, anything and everything that could go wrong did, wat should of been a 3 hour job ended up bein a 12 hours job, after much blood sweat, and being soaken in tranny oil, and it bein 40 degrees outside i was bout to just quite but just sit back and relax and it will all eventually pay off. keep ur head up man Quote Do you read ur own response b4 you post?...or just type ur gut reaction and headbutt the enter key? How bout this, the Caddy sounds so damn good it can put a smile on a "deaf mans" face mat then mix hardener into resin and soak mat. beeeeeyaw glassing for n00bs
*1LOWSUV* Posted November 5, 2007 Report Posted November 5, 2007 planned on replacing the bags (old and cracked) What brand of bags and are they airing all the way out when laid? I've had my rear bags in for 6 years now and never have it with less the 30lbs so the bags never air out. Most bags don't crack unless they've been without air for long periods of time. Hopefully you replaced them with some SlamSpecialties/ Quote [email protected]
meade916 Posted November 5, 2007 Author Report Posted November 5, 2007 yup on both... the truck does spend a lot of time completely flat and yes i replaced with slam specialties i still have the fronts to do but at least i can SEE the bolts this time. Wont be hardly any brail wrenching on those. Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! Over 1,000,000 subscribers strong!
