? for you Steve with all the speakers in the door like that it looks like only the ones toward the front of the door will be herd the others are aimed right at the bottom of the seats..im sure they will all make an impact with the amount of power running to them but maybe you dont need that many...not hatin at all love the build just wanted to know your thoughts on this..thanks..

Of course he needs that many rookie. Haven't you noticed it's ( 18" in there and it's built to get loud when he is doing demos.

well if youve ever seen an escalade or tahoe youll notice you dont have much of a choice when putting that many speakers in a door. This is about as "fancy" as i can get due to the seat being right in the way. They have enough room not to be muffled at all so its cool. Also, I cant go any higher or it will impede on the door handle. I also dont want them all up on the window sill (up top) so choices are limited. Trust me, as much power as i have available they will still be heard loud and clear. Dont forget i have A Pillars getting some love too.......i got it under control, it will be PLENTY loud and really clean if i can pull this off

Steve, too bad you couldn't fit 6 comp's in each door. the 5 is killing me, because I have a thing for even numbers. lol.

Slamfest is a custom truck show in Tampa. not a huge stereo show there, but there are definately some loud trucks that show up every year.

if it makes you feel any better, with the 5 1/4 and tweet in the A pillar that makes 6 mids, 6 tweets and 1 midbass (10) per side. Oh shit, that is 13 drivers per side LOL now its uneven again

i think 26 drivers for the upper end with as much power as ill ever need and 8 on the lower end it should make for a well balanced system....still gonna be hard to concentrate on anything after 159-160db though i dont care how many mids you put in LOL

I know what you're saying. I just have a hard time with odd numbers, but then again that's why this site is Steve meade designs, not Justin Bancs design. It still kicks ass, even though you are running an odd number of speakers. you sre still beyond reproach IMO.
