Hotdog Posted October 21, 2010 Report Posted October 21, 2010 yeah it can only be ran with dual alts You can run it on Stock alt only, does not need to be dual alts. You would just have a spare plug for when you do go with dual alt setup but it has to be a GM alt since the plug is GM plug. This module is for a ford stock alternator and a gm oval 4 plug dual alternator ad244 style Same as mine If you are running only a stock ford Alt the you only need the wires with no plug If you have a 3g or 6g alt the plug should look like this and you splice the two MLA wires into the big Yellow wire on the 3g or 6g Alternator If you have a 4g Alternator you splice the two MLA wires into the Orange wire with blue stripe.
