Benji0687 Posted October 17, 2010 Report Posted October 17, 2010 Ive ran several different Diamond subs/amps/components...and its some of my all time favorite equipment. VERY well built, excellent quality, clear, accurate sound, with the ability to handle some real power. Hell I ran 6 JL 10s off a Diamond 4 channel back in the day, and it was too much power for them! In regards to the D3 15s...I did an install of two of those in a Grand Prix GTP, ported tuned to about 32Hz off of a 2000d...one of my favorite sounding setups still to this day. I think they are rated around 750rms...make sure you're not clipping and you will LOVE these subs! Great SQ with teh ability for some SPL too! We cant wait till he gets a bigger amp, so we can hear what full power sounds like Jeep Cherokee 4dr -4.75 in front, new rusty's 4.5 in rear leafs -micky thompson 35x14.50x15 -locker rear -Rusty's offroad Engine/transmission/transfer case/crossmember/gas tank skid plates -Warn front bumper with 8000lb winch -Custom rear bumper -Warrior product tube doors (summertime) -Optima redtop (starter) -26XK miles and still runs like a bat out of hell Kenwood H/U 1/0 wire, 136 amp alt 200 ah batteries 12.7 daily 2 Apsm 1500 @ 2 ohm strapped on zv3 d1 with ns softparts Mb quart 125.4 wired to 4 aura 6's 3.6 cube box tuned to 36 plays down to 23hz

cOmpressor Posted October 18, 2010 Report Posted October 18, 2010 They are pretty good, not Diamonds top line but decent. Built well and can handle more than rated power. If you can get a deal on them you won't be disappointed.
