I have a 2006 F150 4x2 that I have added about an extra 1000lbs to worth of batteries, amp, subs, and box. I need to upgrade all 4 shocks and my rear springs to help handle all of the extra weight. I need some advice and recommendations on what I should do. I have no idea when it comes to this stuff so all help will be appreciated.

Stiffer springs and dampeners

This^

that also when you go to the parts store tell them that you are hauling heavy stuff and that you need better shocks to.

My buddy did this when he was haulin a bed full of gravel and a trailer full of equipment.

you could try timbern springs they are just hard rubber that replaces your bumpstops Ive got a set on my old Silverado 1500 that I need to swap over to my HD Ive been able to haul over a ton in the bed with them on the 1500 no problem yes it sat down in the back but not as far as it would have without them
