AMI CUSTOMS
Had some technical problems with the recone, come to find out they forgot to send me a spacer ring that is supposed to be epoxied to the basket and then the spider epoxied to that, luckily the epoxy hadn't fully cured and I was able to get the recone back off without damaging it, I am glad I called them cuz when I looked at that sub all sucked down and then I tried to push on the cone and it bottomed out against the magnet, I knew something was up. So now these rings should be here Friday, get the sub all back together and then late Friday night put sub back in wall. Then go to show on Saturday for competition, why does all this shit always have to happen with so little time???? LOL And I like my rims too, they flow with the truck very well. tejcurrent
Very good work, and score. I hope you get that recone in time, I'd love to know what sort of gain you see. Do you use any sort of 'gasket' under the daily port? The pics look great- obviously 157+ is going to be loud, but the hair trick vid made it for me tejcurrent XS Power T3

Do you use any sort of 'gasket' under the daily port? The pics look great- obviously 157+ is going to be loud, but the hair trick vid made it for me I hope the spacer ring for the recone gets here in time too. No gasket for the daily port the speaker carpet seals it really well, I use about a dozen bolts with washers and T-nuts to secure the port and that draws it in really tight. Good luck on your journey to 160... Not an easy one for sure... In one of the pics, you had a guy grinding off screws or something... USE A FACESHIELD OR SAFETY GLASSES!!! Unless you dont mind getting the metal drilled out of your eye, and a tetnus shot... Very nice build tho man... Already hit the 160, there is some vids on page 1. But thanks. And that was my father-in-law grinding, he is an old man and doesn't give a shit....LOL I always use and wear protection....for various reasons....LOL TEAM SOUNDQUBED -- TEAM SOUTH TEAM S.O.B. - Founder & Captain 3x Streetbeat World Record Holder 2017 MWSPL 1st place Mayhem & 4th Xtreme 4 2016 MWSPL 1st place Mayhem/2nd Adv 4/2nd Xtreme 4 2015 MWSPL 2nd place Mayhem & 4th Xtreme 4 2014 USACI 2nd place Streetbeat 5 - 162.6 db 2014 MWSPL 2nd place Xtreme 4 - 144.9 db 2013 USACI 1st place Streetbeat 4 - 161.9 db 2013 USACI 1st place Street Q+ - 162.8 db 2013 MWSPL 3rd Kaos2 & 4th Xtreme 4 2011 USACI 2nd place MOD 1001-2k - 160.0 db 2011 MWSPL 4th place: Adv3 - 157.8 db, Kaos2 - 150s db, Xtreme4 - 140s db 2010 ARSPL 1st place 501-750 - 160.3 db Arkansas loudest Best score to date 164.4 db - Termlab Outlaw Streetbeat 4 - 161.9 db Streetbeat 5 - 162.6 db MWSPL on Dash Legal door open (Music) - 162.5 db Sealed on dash Legal (Music) - 161.1 db - Termlab THE BLACK NASTY CURRENT BUILD & FAB The Black Nasty (6) 15 Rebuild Log 2012 (4) 15 Walled Sierra Build Log Evo X build log Facebook page The Black Nasty

AMI CUSTOMS
Time for a 27 hz port. The box is too big for that low on these subs, if I had different subs then it could be doable, BUT and the main reason I didn't tune that low, I don't want to be replacing windshields all the damn time!!!!
