I do ALOT of testing trying to figure new stuff out about the truck, and then I find something new and want to try on full power, and add some clipping to see were the number lands and bam a sub pops. The joys of SPL!!!! Really what is killing me is Midwestspl, I have been testing for those music classes and that is what keep taking them out, this box was built to burp and play some daily, now it is more solid daily and alot less burping. Daily is killing them cuz of the box design, AND I blew one coil on that woofer about 2 months ago and then just today blew the other coil demoing it at the show. AQ is about to release a newly revised version of the HDC3 line and all of my subs will become those for the time being. So....At some point I will stop blowing them, until I go up in POWAR...haha

new mods are lookin nice! alts look good to. BTW every one of my tejcurrent alts quit working and i havent been able to get ahold of troy in over 4 months... since i sent my last one into him to fix that he still has..

Hmmm....4 15's....I think im done with my 4th order maybe ill try a flat wall...I have considerably more volume (32 cube shell)

Weld in filler plate and weld up spoiler holes

Grind down the welds/tacks

Fill with EVERGLASS

First guide coat

Sand and add Rage extreme

Primed

Handle relocated and modded to fit

Installed for test fit, also bed lined with Raptor liner

Mounted with lexan brackets

Trimmed out and Double Din bezel CA glued to dash bezel

Prep for urethane

To mold and fill in gabs, easier to work with then fiberglass

Urethane added

Test fit, looks good here
