Ford302Redneck
Why don't you stfu? If neo was so bad SO many companies wouldn't be using it. IA warden, Focal, isn't the btl n2 neo as well? There is nothing wrong with neo. Like jeff said, the more air you move through the motor, the more the coil AND the motor cools. You have any idea how much air moves through a sub box? It a shit ton! There is more then enough cooling, to not worry about how hot the motor is getting and if it's goin to lose strength. So gtfo and stfu If you say. You must don't realize how important cooling is or how it works. And I never said nothing wrong with Neo if it designed correctly for daily. BTL is example of the one of the first 100% daily design SPL. Again putting words in my mouth.
CaptainzPlanetz
Get some of this With one of these Wrap the tubing around the motor, now you have a nicely cooled motor Quote ¿ǝɯɐƃ ǝɥʇ Trolls never learn............ Chode69
invert them so they get some air flow around them? i mainly said that line of "how does one keep them kooled" being semi sarcastic and was waiting for/expecting a response like this below haha air conditioning place some dry ice in the box, run the a/c really high all the time and hope the cold air gets into the box, dont run so much power, extra heatsink, water cooling, umm thats all i cant think of most are relatively ineffective just replace the woofers every 2 years or so (which is done by most anyway so it shouldnt be an issue) Quote NoFearX18 said: Nick will bang just about anything.....LMAO....pun intended On 4/13/2010 at 9:51 AM, meade916 said: i was like DAMN, Chode is hardcore! he makes james look like a friendly person LOL! trainman0978 said: I dont know who is worse with the buttholes Chode or Big P... thorshammer
Nick call me and I'll chat with ya. The vid on facebook is about the spider. We believe we have a new design that will allow an 8in spider to run on a 4inch coil. Works like a champ!
thorshammer
Nick that power will do quite well. One of the characteristics of this sub is how efficient it is. Meaning it was able to accomplish comparable numbers on less power.
