byers319
It seems like one is hitting harder than the other, like it flexes more. Any suggestions?
byers319
Yeah it has rear/subwoofer outputs combined so make sure that the subwoofer output is on and adjusted to +15 you can also set the LPF to cut off lower frequencies to your speakers if you so choose from 80, 120 and 160 to off. Won't the +15 cause clipping?
AMI CUSTOMS
Check wiring, could have one wired out of phase or wired at a higher ohm load so it isn't getting as much power, this is assuming both subs are the same age.... Skullz
When setting the gain you should have the bass at 0, subwoofer out put at +15 and no loudness or any other type of enhancements on. If the sub out wasn't set at +15 when you set the gains then yes you can cause clipping. Guest
Won't the +15 cause clipping? My Kenwood didn't clip at volume 34 out of 35 with sub level on +15 playing 50hz. I tried 400 and 1000hz also and they were clip free. My settings were bass boost off, bass mid and treble all on 0 and sub level on 15. You will be fine Edited November 10, 2010 by Kranny
