I clamped a 2608D doing ~1000 watts at 1 ohm at 13 volts. Which isn't shit compared to it's rated power of 2600. AQ's I have clamped always have done more then there rated power, so get ready to give me your truck and system, cuz you are about to lose this bet. AQ and sundown are probably some of the two better performing amps out there. AQ is just way cheaper and priced right. I have two of the big boy AQ amps and they make a shit ton of power. There low end stuff does the same. It is up to the OP anyway, I have been thru dozens of amps myself on my personal vehicles so it is all a learning curve anyway. OLD hifi was badass, but anything nowadays made by them is about as usefull as a power akoustic hunk of poo. I'm just saying that the Hifonics is a hell of a deal. Great bargain.
