crunkjuice1
Hey Nathan, my girlfriend called on last Wednesday or Thursday and ordered me a d975 but you haven't taken out the payment from my debit and she left her number? Just curious I also sent two emails unanswered? The order was under my name Jaime Lopez just wondering what happened and why didn't the order go through? check your pending transactions look for powermaster but it might be different. Mine was pending for awhile before it went through. just be sure to have enough in your balance to cover the charge when it does go through. They probably were not able to get it shipped out on Wednesday and we were closed until yesterday. They will not charge your card until the product ships. The order is in the system, just waiting for the shipping department to be able to ship it.
Nathan @ XSpower
what happens when ups messes up the batteries do they pay for new ones If they deliver it when the customer is there the customer can decline the delivery due to shipping damage and then UPS will take the battery back. If they deliver the package when the customer is not there, then the customer just needs to call UPS to file a shipping damage claim. UPS pays a very SMALL portion of the cost and we have to cover the rest of the cost and eat the cost of a replacement battery. We hardly ever have shipping damage, but when we do 90% of the time it is around the Christmas and New Year time frame.

Nathan @ XSpower
Thanks to all that participated in the Group Buy for your business and support. Its a lot of work to get one of these Group Buys pulled off, but it is also a great way to get you all some discounted prices. Again thanks for everything. If it wasn't for you all, then we wouldn't be here!!!! Look forward to next year's Group Buy!!!!
