60fps?... Human eye doesn't see in fps :P, it's more of a ... To hard to explain. But anyways

You want a camera that can do atleast 720p... (HD WOOO THAT BIG HIGH QUALITY STUFF YEAH), and 60fps WILL show flex a lot better than 30fps.. And if you slow it down, it won't be as blury as 30fps..

Anyways, some good video cameras to look into are:

Kodak Playsport (water proof up to 10 feet.)

Kodak Zi8 - Same as playsport basically.. not water proof.

FlipMinoHD ..(Don't prefer it.. but it's cheap on craigslist..)

60fps is the highest the human eye can see fyi, but thanks for the info about getting good excursion shots

You need to do A LOT more research. Heaps of it, seriously.

On a side note, deepsilencer is correct. Lower frames per second will help show flex better. Imagine the old elementary school trick where you would hold a pencil between your fingers and rapidly move up and down to create the illusion of it bending? Same concept.

I use the 7D and love it. Sony FX1000 is awesome but that 7D is beast. Got to love dslr film making.

Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?
