ap3k @ 3ohm? need quick advice

My current setup is 1 ap3k on 2 btl 15s. The 15s read 1.5 on every coil. It is wired at .75 ohm per channel.(running amp as 2 channel).

I want to add a 2nd 3k into the mix. I can wire each amp mono at 3ohm. Or 1.5 to each coil. (2 channel setup). I don't want to wire .75 mono cause it says 2ohm min.

Does anyone know what kind of wattage to expect from a 3ohm mono setup? Or am I wasting my money and not going to benifit from the 2nd amp?

The ap is rated 3k @ 2 ohm, and 2k @ 4 ohm.. So maybe somewhere inbetween there?

the most these amp give outis maybe 2900 at 2ohms so if its 3 ohms i would want to say like 2400 with good eltrical

With a roll up burb yes you can do 1.5 ohms with rise but and this is a BIG BUT with music every time the sub stops moving between bass drops even for a second the amp will see 1.5 ohms and is below recommend usage. It might blow if you do this

AP's are 2 channel amps.

One coil per channel = a nominal load of 3ohms for the two internally strapped amps.

It will be fine @ 1.5 per channel.

Each channel is 1Ω stable.
