thinking about getting some was going with fatmat but was told to stray away from asphalt based products and this seems to be very budget heavy stuff at only 1$ per sqft just wana see if anyone has used this before or has any experience with it.

edead has been said to be peal and seal on more than one occasion

I've used it and thinks its good for stopping rattles, it certainly isn't a peel&seal though as it is a butyl rubber compound vs. peel&seals rubberized asphalt compound. Fatmat does make a butyl rubber deadener but is more expensive than the standard stuff they sell.

so would it be decent at getting better bass response on doors better sound from subs and reduce outside noises and rattles ? i wana sound deaden floors doors trunk basically all exposed metal
