What Setup for $350-$400

I want to Upgrade from what I have now

1 12" 300watt mtx blue thunder (15+years old)

1 220watt mtx roadthunder amp

To whatever ... it just needs to have more bass and clarity

I would love some opinions guys

I'd check out the preorder for the sundown sa-15's, you can get one of those for 190, and a good, cheap amp for it would be a Brutus 1210d or something like that, would be about 330 for it all

c'mon now, if i was shooting an 8 year old, it wouldnt be MY 8 year old.

i recently got a Pyle PL1590BL and i was building an enclosure for it tuned to 25 hz. i didn't have any tools to cut a circle so i hit it with a big hammer.

btw i have a small car ... i heard that 15's need lots of airspace to sound good ...

is a single 15 going to be louder then lets say 2 10" RE's or Polks ?

Damn. Could have bought tristan's XL and my audiopipe. Lol. I think he wants 275ish for his XL and you can find audiopipe 1500s for 160 shipped online. Get that, get a box designed with between 30-40^ inches of port, 2 cubes - 2.25 cubes net, tuned to 33-35hz. You'll love it.
