Becuase you are doing something they should be handling on their own one way or another. The woman or the man should get their mind right for a sec and think about what THEY should do instead of fight and argue all the time. She can't get him to raise the kids then kick him out, file a divorce, and forget him. Or the other way around he gets out file a divorce, and just leave the place. Either way THEY should resolve this with out many other people getting in. Cops, judges, who ever deals with them have the right to do what they see fit not friends.

Seeing as he is the "baby daddy" I don't think he's a part of her life anymore than the fact the he is the child's father. Refusing to raise the kid, and denying all claims that the child is his. He broke the law by not paying child support. He is now paying for it.

when did being a deadbeat dad become against the law? I mean i am against it, i always paid.......and i understand you can lose your driving priveledge. But what if the guy has no money? If he does have money and a job, whats wrong with garnishing the wages? If he doesnt have it, how does that equal a year in jail? Thats pretty lame IMO. How the hell is he gonna pay now? There is people that commit REAL crimes that dont get a fraction of that time.

Oh and let me just clear this up for the Record... In NO way shape or form has this guy ever been anything except a fuckin sperm Donor in my opinion he rolled out on her when she was 3 months pregnant but now he expects to come back in her life now that the baby is 2 years old... F**K that shit dont work like that

Everyone gets involved in issues they have no part of. I think he did the right thing, he didn't necessarily get involved. He only contributed to aiding the process of someone going to jail for what they were already going to go to jail for anyway.

how do you know she wasnt driving him nuts? ever think of that? Maybe it was in his best interest to leave. Regardless, the decision for him to be in the kids life is between the mother and father......and no offense, your my bro, but the step father should step back. Sorry if that makes you angry, i have lived through this and the "bitter step father" is always bad news when he gets involved.
