If there isn't a second battery, you will be able to do the same with the positive, it is like unplugging a device from the wall and being able to touch the pins of the device, it is no longer energized, so it doesn't matter. Yeah, but if he isn't going to be using it often there isn't much point in spending too much on one. If he was going to be using it heaps he'd be better off spending that much. korey_hofer Posted December 10, 2010 Report Posted December 10, 2010 Lol dude you just unhook the negative terminal??? and make sure its not touching the battery WRONG you always, always, ALWAYS remove the positive terminal. If you just disconnect the negative terminal that terminal can touch ANYTHING metal and ground out. um no you disconnect the negative so the positive doesn't ground out, who cares if the ground touches metal and "grounds out" previously known as wenn_du_weinst aka fucking internet coward supreme. I talk shit on other forums like a little bitch and hope i don't get caught out on the street.
