What size box for 4 15s? I mean should it be 12 cubes net or should it be smaller for higher power handling?

6 sa12s ported vs 6 sa 15s sealed off a saz 3000d @ 0.7 ohm goals are 145 on music 150s on tone and a flat response that is loud on all music

If it was me I would do 6 15's if they can fit under the window line like you want. My current set up is 6 SA12's and I am able to do 148-149 on 3 minute music runs with no issues. I have seen low 50's on some 30 second runs. I am able to burp around 152 with no issues. But my box was not built for burping it was built for music...

Yea I just want to do it low tuned 31hz to.34hzr

For me I would not tune under 34, no real reason.. I have tried 28, 30, 34, 38 and 42 and I prefer 34 for sure.

Here is a quick video that was taken about a year ago..

Deadener: Fatmat / Damplifier Pro

If you're only looking for db numbers, you can tune your box high.

but for music listenings, I would tune to 30-33 Hz, not higher.

Just my 2cents!

if your goal is 145 on music, 150 on tone then why not just go with 1 or 2 12's and build the enclosure right................ or is it just the cool factor of having 6?

the sa series is conservatively rated, and with you only throwing a 3k at it 4 15's will take it without a problem...as long as you set your gains right and don't clip a shit ton..

c'mon now, if i was shooting an 8 year old, it wouldnt be MY 8 year old.

i recently got a Pyle PL1590BL and i was building an enclosure for it tuned to 25 hz. i didn't have any tools to cut a circle so i hit it with a big hammer.
