ACKAWILY
This kids truck looks pretty nice and gets down. But he only has 4 subs. And from the dimensions I dont think 5 is gonna fit. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cbIB5ng1FRo Quote 1995 Sonoma with camper shellJVC KD-R900(12) Incriminator Audio Lethal Injection 15s Crescendo BC5500 ( sent to me not 18v capable)(7) XS Power d1600(2) 350amp Mike Singer AltsStripper Pole FTW Member Build Under ConstructionYoutube Videos
cc_audio
With an idea like this, you can't be afraid to do work and get creative. You should go buy a nice big roll of fiberglass matting and a gallon of resin. The only wood that should be used is the MDF for the five mounting rings and maybe some 2x2 to hold them in place. Cut some 1"x1" steel tubing to use as a spacer to raise that seat up that inch. I've done two extensive under seat enclosures like the one you want to do, I can talk you through what you have to do to use every bit of space your truck has to offer. Quote It's all gone! deepsilencer
If you make the box taller, to the height of the back glass. Then make it less deep according to your math. You could fit 5 subs plus ports and amp I believe. Forgive my lame ass text drawing, but it's quick and easy. But you'll get the idea. When everything is in place it should line up nice if you are looking for a general clean look. Plus you can pass the amp wires straight through the box for that clean no wire look. ______________ | amp_ | |sub |____| sub| |sub sub sub| |port ____ port| |____/ \____| hes going under the seat correct Quote TEAM FLEX ISSUES,TEAM DC AUDIO 2000 Silverado Ext 1500 v.3 (Walled Silverado) 4 DC Power 270a Alts on A DC Power Quad Alt Bracket XS Power VCM,Stinger Volt Meters 4 AA Mayhem 18s 2 DC Audio 9.0ks Strapped 1 DC Audio 175.4 4 Selenium 6.5s & 4 Selenium 8s 4 Selenium Super Tweeter st350s 72 SQ Ft Of Stinger Roadkill Expert Alpine CDA 9887 XS Power d3400(Hood),6 XS Power d3100s(Bed) & much more..... 2011 Meca CA State Champion & State Record Holder In M5 Meca SPL:158.2 Meca P&P:137.4 DB Drag:159.1 USACI:161.2 BUILD LOG.....YOUTUBE CHANNEL.....FEEDBACK
STEvil
I did that with 4 Kicker 10's (two L7's and two L5's) in a sealed box on a Lanzar Opti2000D (wired @ 0.5 ohm so just under 2KW RMS) and it was pretty nice. If you're not afraid of splitting the seat in half you could have the box come up between the seats for more volume and put the port in it facing upwards out the top back. Quote MickyMcD - "Capable of making some serious trouser flapping volumes at where's-my-testicles frequencies, the Servo-Drives used to be fairly jaw dropping..." Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed.
