Ok I currently have 400' of 1/0g but I am sending it back to purchase a more quality cable...

My main questions are:

where did king suv get his cable?

And for my set up how many runs of 4/0 would I need with

3- 300a alts

7- XS D3400

1- XS D5100

And more batts to come

3- DC Audio 5000.1s

4- 600.4s (mids and highs)

I'd just rather not have to run (6) + and (6) - runs of 1/0g

Thanks

Blake

4/0 is almost exactly double the circular mils of 1/0, so you coud run half as much 4/0 and get the same current carrying capacity, but it will be harder to run.

04 Monochrome LT Chevy Tahoe

-A few wires, half a speaker, some watts

-All Black 6's

-Paint to Match, SS Bumper, Black grills.

-HID'ed and LED'ed

-A few performance enhancers

I have two nice subs for sale, but I am not allowed to help my fellow forum members by offering it to them for a nice price via my signature, sorry

i would do 4 runs of 1/0 or 2 runs of 4/0. you only need as much wire as the front of your car can supply power. so 900amp from the alts plus whatever the battery can do.

If I answered you in a well mannered, informative way, you asked a good question or had a good attitude. If I was an asshole, you asked a stupid question or you had a fucktard attitude... or I was in a bad mood.

X2 with skittles you only got 900amps if your pulling all 900 amps and if u go with 4/0 you need to find a good fuse

12- DC Audio m2Lvl3 12's1- Hertz HSK3 way2- DC5K's2- ZX350.42- Stinger SP1500D batteries in rear3- runs of 1/0ga. to the rearTeam DC Audiodc-banner.jpgdcsoundlab.com

Quality is all in how you take pictures ;) I have plenty of projects that look WAY better on camera then in person :D

crazy to fit so many in so little. Reminds me of some of the porns I've seen?

Thanks skittles! And yea I know Mario I was going to make my own fuse blocks with 2- 300a ANL fuses connected together for 600amps per 4/0... I think that should do...

And sry ford I see where you got your figures now

So you guys are thinkn that only 4 runs of 4/0 total will be enough?? 2(+) and 2 (-)
