First ever door panel fiberglass midbass enclosure

ok guys, starting to build a complete enclosure for my doors to house some 8" mids, something like this :

Ok here is how i got started :

I did what is called a ( flat lay-up style ) so i will have a back for a full enclosure for my sub and so it will also be completely removeable.

04 Monochrome LT Chevy Tahoe

-A few wires, half a speaker, some watts

-All Black 6's

-Paint to Match, SS Bumper, Black grills.

-HID'ed and LED'ed

-A few performance enhancers

looks good, i would have angled them up just a bit. looks like a good job so far.

beer sucks...but i can bring some jose cuervo. Only problem is that it makes me horny and gives me the rams. So unless yall wanna fight and then have some great make up sex i will leave it home.

looks good, i would have angled them up just a bit. looks like a good job so far.

I thought about an angle but there would be no real benefit with a sub so i just went with what would be easier and what i liked as far as looks ! Thanks for the encouragement !!

Damm cool job, they are looking good. I hope they hit and help fill that front stage for you. Im thinking of doing the same for my expedition but waiting to see how your come's out if not im going with a pair of 6x9 speakers.

MB quart 3 1/2" in front A/C vent's (center channel)

DC Audio LVL 5 18" (pair) Custom ported box

XS 3100 up front and a pair of XS 6500 in the rear.

1 17" Eiger Vision T.V

2 7" Eiger Vision T.V in Second row.

Dynomat Top to Bottom (foam in all halo beam's)

DC Eng Alt 260SP and a 400SP dual set up.

looks great so far.1 thing i would do is fill the enclosure with polly fill,this will help the sound of the midbass driver.

You know what, i have thought of filling in my ported sub box in my trunk with poly-fil of egg crate but hell, i didnt even think of filling these ? !!!!
