cubs_fan0718
I use regular bolts, I drill a hole in the box a little smaller than the actual bolt its self, put ur wire with your connector on then a nut and then a washer and ratchet it in the box. Then on the outside i put a washer, then a nut, then the other speaker wire w/ connector then another bolt to finish it all off. Some people just run their wires out a small hole and seal them up with silicone, and others run them straight out the port, which IMO looks tacky and should really only be done if you have no other choice. You can buy the bolts at Menards or anyplace that sells Nuts Bolts and Washers. I usually go with a 5 or 7/16 bolt thats about 2- 2 1/2 long with the washers and nuts to match. NYC54
Thanks that sounds easy , what do you think about these i found at parts express ,http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=091-1246
UnderLoK
I run stainless bolts. Just make sure you use 2 washer/nuts on the outside. That way you can disconnect/reconnect without loosening up the bolt inside the box making the wires flop around. Also for that price you could save urself the time waiting for them, by just going and getting regular nuts and bolts it would be right around the same price. Decaf
brass for me, i get it at my local hardware store bolt head on the inside of the box, medium sized flat washer against the wood to deter wood denting from the bolt head and to give good surface contact with the ring terminal on speaker wire leading to sub terminals on outside i do wood-washer-nut-ring terminal to amp-nut or wing nut

TheBetterMethod
I bought the gold plated version of the dayton terminals you posted. They're great quality. I was gonna do straight hardware, but changed my mind last minute. So far I'm happy with them. No complaints.
