Well I have to say I'm impressed. 2-DC 15XLM2 D.7s 1-DC 5K amp (1) XS Power D6500(UNDERHOOD) and (1) XS3000(REAR) 3 runs 1/0ga for power and 2 runs of 1/0ga for negative. (2)-RFT165s components, ...... 4 separate 1 inch tweetersRF T600-2(fronts) Punch 450.4(rear) Audiocontrol 3.1. DC power 260amp alternator w/MLA Module

jake1993 Posted January 17, 2011 Report Posted January 17, 2011 ahh i c..... yeah i had 2 layers of ballistic on the trunk lid and it still rattled. so i took a old shirt and layed it on the plastic at the bottom and shut the trunk on it and it help stop the rattle from the lid. Alex K Posted January 18, 2011 Report Posted January 18, 2011 get some decent damplifier like second skin. ad no offence but j don't see why people line up their cuts right next to echother on the mdf. ever take into consideration the width of the saw blade? just saying. your peak and seal and shirt might mask the sounds. but honestly it's the cheap way out. you get what you pay for in the car audio world. one Sheet of good damplifier will do more than foam, shirts, duck tape etc. not hating on you just pointing out a few things I see a lot of now. people are taking the cheap way out of complicated problems. and it's funny because they will end up paying more in the end than someone who did it right the first time. 2006 Nissan Z Track.
