Superjay
It's been a while since I've been under the dash for a remote start on anything that needed a bypass. Is there anything I need to know about this particular truck for a DEI 5902V with Smart Start. Friend at DEI recommended the XK09 Combo Bypass with the RF transponder loop. Should I go a different route with the bypass? or is this what everyone's using? Ray
I would use the Idatalink module over an xk piece. Or fortin. There is 2 ways to do it, but make sure you choose the way that uses the loop. Reason being is current draw. Can give me a call if you need help Quote 2008 California state record holder 157.2 Bassrace2009 California state record holder 157.0 BassraceRollin 50's 158.7db2009 King of Cali Bassrace2009 USACi score 160.5 @ 42hz
Shyne151
I would use an xk09 and a loop. The firmwares this year seem to be alot better than last years.
