kr15
pretty much...only changes have been that the TE has replaced the TSX, and the SSp has replaced the SSi...although Treo subs are proven models tho, but imo, they tend to be overpriced Quote Team Flex Issues Low tuning > God 2011 CALI AS1 STATE CHAMP
Ford302Redneck
I think there overpriced simply because I can get better for cheaper.
kr15
I think there overpriced simply because I can get better for cheaper I agree. This SA seems to be quite a bit better then the TSX, and the retail on the TSX is higher. The SSi 15 I had was close to 400$, and thats a 750w sub...But despite that, I still like Treo, its just hard to justify the price Quote Team Flex Issues Low tuning > God 2011 CALI AS1 STATE CHAMP

sundownz
Sounds good Guess the extra motor force was enough to beat out the mass / stiffness in your case. kr15
Ya, i think the Treo was past its limits and was possibly at the point of losing efficiency if that makes sense. RAM_Designs
Glad you're happy with the upgrade...I agree with Treo being over priced for what it is, but there's a lot of companies like that. sundownz
I think many companies get comfortable selling a product that is good and is proven to them. If it's not broken, why fix it ? I'm not like that at all... in fact I get in trouble with people for changing things all the time. If I figure out how to get 0.1 dB more out of a speaker I'll do it... and I won't wait for a model year or full version revision to do so. I've made all sorts of small changes over time to the SA to make it continuously better... but wait until the SA v.2 launches Quote - Jacob Fuller - Owner, Sundown Audio - Sundown Audio on FACEBOOK - Please DO NOT PM ME -- use my email address -- [email protected]
