So it's a hater contest now? Not everyone can rock top end gear. I have other things to take care of. Youd think it be cool to encourage somebody to do what they can rather than hate cuz "gotta have the best bro"

Budget builds are fun too.

Cause you will have another thread later on saying you AP has the magic smoke coming out of it...He is trying to save you in the long run...

Save up get better quality will last longer

Thats cool. Im way too old to be upset by shit like that. Your name is winston. Your own parents hated you even before you were born.

My penis is bigger than your penis

I'm far from loud and my roof/headliner flaps around like Adam's ass on a windy day. I think it depends more on the structure of the vehicle.

It's that or just keep spending a hundred dollars or so on shit amps until you run out of money and then you now have no money and no amp.

Krakin's Home Dipole Project

Krakin, are you some sort of mad scientist?

I would have replied earlier, but I was measuring the output of my amp with a yardstick . . .

What you hear is not the air pressure variation in itself

but what has drawn your attention

in the two streams of superimposed air pressure variations at your eardrums

An acoustic event has dimensions of Time, Tone, Loudness and Space

Everyone learns to render the 3-dimensional localization of sound based on the individual shape of their ears,

thus no formula can achieve a definite effect for every listener.

American bass has the phantom amp line. U could get the ph1600md for around 115 on ebay. They have a few ab amps in your price range.

I'd recommend something like this:

http://www.droppinhzcaraudio.com/twisted-sounds-ts1-3k-1300w-monoblock-bass-amplifier/

I bought my Twisted Sounds 1.8K from him last year and they set me up with a promo code when I called, so you might be able to get a little discount. I see he's selling those same amps on eBay for $10 cheaper.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/TWISTED-SOUNDS-TS1-3K-1300W-MONOBLOCK-BASS-AMPLIFIER-/262018775346?hash=item3d01893932:g:fHQAAOSwLVZV23Ll

As for that audiopipe amp dyno video, it did almost 15% below what it's rated at on the certified test. Also the quality of the components are ones that do not last long.

So here's the deal, I'm on stock electrical, 130 amp alt, big 3, in an 04 civic coupe. Its a daily. I have like very little in the setup. Home made 3.8 cuft slot port. Sony hu, fosgate comps, scoshe amp kit. The comps are running on the hu. So without big electric sys upgrades, and better, well, everything, I just need to keep it cheap. I've done what I can afford to do to have good clean sound, but with 2 small kids and a mortgage, the budget for this is VERY limited.

Budget builds are fun too.
