It has nothing to do with driving down the a road in the mountain falling 200 ft your talking they drove off a airport runway! Alcohol had to be involved! Top speed on my x-type is 131 that m5 has to up above 180-190mph... Nevermind it says without the limiter that car is capable of... "Without the 155mph electronic limiter the new M5 Touring would be capable of achieving 200mph while still transporting the largest of loads." That's also for the wagon/touring vs. of the car not the straight up 4 door sedan which is probably capable of higher speeds with the v10 its got...Alcohol, stupidity, wealth and arrogance were all factors.
