Just looked at the rules and they state that no part of the enclosure or any part affixed to it may protrude above the factory rear deck.

Doesn't say anything about sticking into the car any other way.

Seems weird though because to me trunk means all the way in the trunk.

It's like cheating without actually being considered cheating.

I think the aero looks like its "out that far"...... Its not half way in the cabin....
