One of the good guys name was Sundown and one of the bad guys name was Nightshade. Is this just weird coincidence or is this where the name for the company and product came from?

yeah I saw those but even with those the resolution from my video card would make the picture look like shit on the tv. I'm starting to lose hope lol

I just opened up my computer and my power supply is 250watts MAX and all the video cards that are capable of running with my new tv require a minimum of 400 watts. Now I'm at a dead end unless I upgrade my power supply and video card. But at that point I'd rather just spend a few hundred more and buy a brand new computer

See now this is where I'm stumped. I know NOTHING about the internals of computers besides the BASICS. If I opted to buy one of those, what should I look for? I figure if that up-scaler was around $70 I'd like to spend somewhere in the same price range and get the same capabilities. I was also just looking at possibly replacing the tower I have now with something compact like a mac mini but in PC form since there is already a macbook pro in the house. I will be making the big move from the northeast out to Los Angeles. I've already been there 3 times this year so I've done all of the tourist stuff but what is there to do when it comes to cars and car audio? Any places to go to or anywhere that has regular meets? I would love to take a trip up to Steve's but I'll be without my own car for a few months so that would be kind of tough (unless someone on here wants to take a trip up there) Any advice would be much appreciated

It's a 240hz tv, I hope to god it has a vga input lol I just found out there is no such thing as a vga to hdmi capable. it's impossible BUT there are up-scalers such as this http://www.amazon.com/Atlona-AT-HDVIEW-Scaler-Converter-Powered/dp/B00384D67O would the quality be better with the up-scaler or will using the vga on the tv be the same quality? that box has the vga and 3.5mm audio input plus it comes with a 6' hdmi cable which seems great for only $60, especially since they retail for $110

I'm moving into a house that has a 52" mitsubishi led tv and want to know the best way to use the tv as a monitor for my desktop. My computer doesn't have anything more then a vga output. the only vga to hdmi cable I found was a generic one on amazon for $9. will that be suffice or will I need something more to get the full effect of the tv? it's a 240hz tv so I know I won't be able to use the tv to it's full potential but I just don't want it to look like I'm using sega genesis lol

So he should have sat back and relaxed, ESPECIALLY being in canada. Matt was covering his ass and letting all of the facts be known that the OP left out, like the heavy discount. I sold 4 tired to someone in Canada and he waited 7 weeks for them due to a problem with customs. Black might not be too hard to match. If there is a place local to you, just bring the whole amp with you and they should have sample pieces to compare. Or have it anodized blue or red or something unique. I think a black and red sundown amp would be badass!

if you can't get a new heatsink are insist on having a super clean one, I believe they are anodized so you could just have it redone. but the sundown logos will no longer exist

Idk if that car will be happening. They've built 2 other cars since that video. I hope they do finish it though
